This "Slip On" tub spout with diverter is compatible with the American Standard 8888026.002 Tub Spout. It comes with a set screw for easy installation. Please confirm your tube length from the finished wall should be between 1-1/2" MIN to 2-7/8" MAX. Ensure the outside diameter of your 1/2" copper water tube is 5/8" to make sure a perfect fit.

Easy Installation Steps
- Twist the spout to the left or right while the set screw is exposed.
- Use the hex wrench to loosen the set screw.
- Pull off the old tub spout.
- Loosen the set screw on the new tub spout.
- Clean the 1/2" copper pipe.
- Align the new diverter with the copper pipe and slide it over.
- Tighten the set screw using the hex wrench.
- Twist the bath spout back into place.
